HUMBOLT DRIVE

This project we too the entire house down to studs. Shrunk the large hallway upstairs and added a walk in closet in the Primary bedroom. Added a Laundry room downstairs next to the garage with a small adjacent mud room. We took out two dividing walls in the kitchen and opened it up to the dining room. Added a built in coffee bar. Added 3 15’ La cantina bi-fold doors for maximum exposure. We added a truss system roof over the garage and family room to add a gable for a more traditional look. We did a full plumbing Repipe with both water and waste lines under ground. All new Electrical. All new HVAC. We added smooth coat stucco in all areas of the exterior as well as the interior fireplaces, range hood, and the Primary Shower! All new landscaping throughout. This really is a beautiful home designed by Lindye Galloway and Teale Architecture.
