BAYVIEW DRIVE

This project is bay front in Sunset Beach. We took the entire house down to studs, adding all new electrical, plumbing, and HVAC. We eliminated all soffits in this home and it has no attic access, we had to get very creative with this one and route everything precise. We took out a couple small interior load Bering walls and replaced with a 26’ steel beam, flush mounted. We removed both downstairs and upstairs fireplaces along with the chimney and added an 18’ slider door leading out to the back toward the harbor. In the kitchen, instead of a typical tile or stone backsplash we decided to do an entire window, allowing for maximum lighting and doubles as a serving window. We took an existing jack and Jill bathroom and made it in to two bathrooms allowing ALL bedrooms in this house to have its own full bathroom, giving this house a total of 4 full bathrooms and a powder room. We did all new smooth coat stucco on the exterior except for one accent wall to break things up, using hardi board shiplap. We had 3 overhangs over the first floor, two of them being balconies, and decided to put in clear cedar soffits. All new large format concrete looking tiles 2’x4’ with heated floors throughout the entire first floor. We transitioned to beautiful looking LVP going up the stairs and throughout the second floor. All new windows and doors. All new landscaping and hard scape. This house was designed by the homeowner and did an amazing job, they knew what they wanted and we executed it.
