BUNGALOW PLACE

This project we took this three story home and modernized it. We eliminated the old large rounded bullnose corners on all the drywall and went to a traditional square corners. We removed the interior fireplace which split up the living room and dining room allowing for a more open concept. We went with very nice high end custom cabinetry in the kitchen, vanity’s, and all built-ins throughout. All new quartzite countertops in the kitchen and Marble everywhere else. We did a marble shower in the primary bath. We removed the water closet from a closed room and moved it 12’ to the other end of the bathroom allowing us to add a free standing tub in the primary bath. Custom tile floor in the powder along with a floating marble integrated sink. All new white oak engineered hardwood flooring throughout along with all stairs. Removed the bathtub in the guest bath and made it in to a shower. We set up the client with our friends a Concept Studios who helped with the tile designs throughout the home.
